We initially selected the Christina Gibbons Group because of their impressive, well-written listings. But we quickly learned that Christina and her team excel in virtually every area of the business. Every correspondence was addressed immediately, with follow-ups from Danielle to keep all on track. She and Christina advised us on everything from inspections to permits, expediting the process. Sarah Caprio was a kind, caring professional, and very easy to work with. Her knowledge of the various areas of NJ, and of the real estate business made it pleasurable for us to look for a home. She always listened, and took our wishes into consideration, while pointing out caveats, when showing us houses. The housing market is difficult this season. Through our discouragements, she understood, and did her best to encourage us. She was respected and admired by us, and all our friends who met her. Recently I told a friend that we had closed on a home. The friend immediately asked if the Realtor was Sarah, at which she stated, she was glad. Sarah has become a friend/family.
