Tracy Brown partnered with Ira to list,market and sell my house in 2 months. That was a great feat in today's housing market. Tracy went above and beyond her call of duty for this to be accomplished. She was always willing to do whatever was necessary to complete the end result... the sale of my house. This was done with me in another state. Tracy helped us sell our house in Oradell. She went above and beyond to get the house staged and ready to be sold. She was always responsive and very pro active when it came to coordinating open houses and showing. She also went the extra mile to help get us the necessary permits etc. I would highly recommend her and if I plan to purchase any property in the future I would definitely work with her.

I couldnt ask for a better realtor. Tracy is absolutely amazing. Ive worked with her three times ; buying my home, renting it out and then selling my home. She was there every step of the way. Her helpfulness and resourcefulness are top tier. She goes over and beyond. I sold my home while living overseas and I couldnt have done it without her. She went as far as to take some things I still had behind to storage for me. Shes a phenomenal realtor and working with her is always a pleasure.
