She advised us on the timing of the sale to help maximize the price, did accurate market research to help us set the price, and prepared excellent marketing materials including a multi-page flyer, photos and a video tour and information about the town and neighborhood. When offers came in, Nena helped sort them and recommend a buyer for us to select.
