      I was charged for the rental insurance 117 $ even though I declined to take the rental insurance. I called representative 2 times and the office location . No/poor response. looters

      image Worst car rental company ever. Keep distance.
      Hertz takes your money online for reservation and as soon as you are on location, they tell you you cannot rent as soon as you are picking your car because the credit cars you paid with is not accepted.

      image Hertz should just close this locationthey always have a reason to either cancel your car or move you to another location.the service here is bad, they call you 30 mins before pick up to tell you they dont have your rental.

      I submitted the car 3 days back but didn't get the refund
