        Terrible experience at the Chase Piscataway branch. The staff was unprofessional and had poor time management skills. They were unable to honor a confirmed appointment, and the person with whom I had the appointment was not present in the bank. When I asked for help from another person, he was too busy to honor the bank's confirmed appointment and asked me to cancel it. I think it would be better to permanently close this branch rather than keep it open. Star rating should be in negative instead.

        Supervisor was very rude and unwilling to help even though i just needed advice on the type of account to open. I came in at 3:30PM and they close at 5:00PM and supposedly they couldnt help me according to the supervisor. Very disappointed and will never come here again
