Really bad service from this branch. I had made an appointment online for Saturday, turns out when I arrived and asked someone for help about my online appointment they said that they really dont take appointments, I asked to speak to the manager which was standing next to the teller( Asian lady)and completely ignored me. So I asked loudly, that what was the point to set up an appointment if they dont take appointments the teller simply replied she didnt know. Still I decided to wait because I really needed a new debit card printed out, mind that it was busy with people waiting it looked like a flea market, no one was being helped. After 2 minutes some other teller said literally the Machine that prints cards just broke ( how convenient 10 minutes before closing) so I called customer service on the next business day (Monday ) to see if the branch had put a ticket for a broken printing atm card. Sure enough my suspicions were correct. They did not put a ticket for a broken machine which means the machine never broke 10 minutes prior to closing. Please replace the workers in this branch, clearly they dont want to help customers and they lied. At least replace the so call manager ( Asian descent lady )

Today's newest visit! Today I went to cashier's line! Waited and waited! OK! Am I am invisible? HELLO AFFINITY CREDIT UNION !!!!!
I was the only customer on line. I ended up having to go back to my vehicle and use the drive up window! I wanted to cash a check! A simple procedure ending up as a Big project! My check ended up deposited. I wanted CASH! Is that a difficult request? I have had it with this branch. What's up with this Branch? I come from out of state to this branch.
On another recent visit to the Piscataway Federal Credit Union I had to speak with one of the ASSOCIATES in one of the offices about a fraud alert. She was hard to understand and with that face mask on her, I had difficultly understand ing her. Of course, she had to look at watch and seemed to be annoyed. I rather go to the Affinity credit union in Flemington NJ, much more professional. I wasn't pleased with my visit to Piscataway Affinity.
Another past visit!
Upon my recent visit today, teller was happily chatting with co-worker, than cashier went into "I am glad it is Friday" mode when I aproached window to cash a check. Cashier looked suddenly bored.
Why does this credit union me give $100 bills when I cash checks? Years ago, they never did this. I had to request $100 bills to be changed to $20 or $10 bills.
