Very nice community to live in on a rental basis. They have cool studios and single bedroom condos that are no less than luxurious. The community has a lavish clubhouse where the residents can host parties

Built by the lowest bidder to look fancy, so the owners can charge the highest amount possible in rent. The buildings are starting to fall apart and the amenities are lackluster. There is a pool however, which people use as a bathroom; this did happen on more than one occasion and I was lucky enough to have seen it. Elevators break for months on end, police/firemen are called on a regular basis, and drug dealers operate out of the bottom floors. There's rat traps everywhere and their "100% smoke free living" claim is a joke. As of writing this the facilities have further declined. To date: There are major cracks and nail pops in the drywall and plaster. The water main has broken several times, rendering the use of the shower or toilet impossible. Drunken screaming matches are heard nightly in the parking area by the pool. Good luck if you sign a contract with the slum lords that are Avalon. Another issue to note. Avalon hides negative reviews, do a little research elsewhere to see how this slum stacks up to other rentals, don't waste your money at this dump.
