    3/27/24 - Once again the River Road Staff from office to the maintenance team always address and resolves issues immediately. Every concern/ issue that is brought to their attention is ALWAYS addressed as if it was their own family. I am also sorry that I am behind on a review back from December. I also had a maintenance issue that did last a a bit longer then excepted in December 2023. However, Taryn, Bob, Adam and the reset of the maintenance team was on this matter every day until it was resolved! No matter what the issue is, they always have time to listen to your concern and address it with the most urgency and caring matter. No issue is ever to big or to small. I am very impressed with the daily care take of the outside ground work on this property. The caring and maintenance of the outside property has been very impressive in the past 3yrs I have been living here. Always on top of maintaining and updating the property. It shows how much they care ! Thank you for all the Office Staff/ Maintenance Staff for all you do. Kathy 9/12/2023 - I can not thank Tara, Bob, Adam and all of the maintenance team for always being on top of service tickets. There is no job to big or to small. Every service ticket/ request is handled as top notch customer service. I love living at River Crest Apartments. Thank you for all you do. I received a call first thing Thursday morning from Tara office manager to futher discuss the issues. By the time I came home maintence ( Adam) had already came in and fixed the issues. Inadditon, they left me a note on my door with details what was done. I was very impressed with how quikly the turn around time it took to resolve these issues. I am greatful and thankful for your help & resovling this matter so quickly. Kathy

    I've been at River Crest for 2+ years and I absolutely love it as much as I did on 'move in' day. The interior units are modern and beautifully appointed. The exterior grounds are thoroughly maintained and always visually appealing. I rarely call management for anything. But when I do, Tara is always pleasant and the staff is responsive. This past Monday, the faucet in the kitchen started gushing water from two different places. I filled out a 'service request' online at 1am, thanks to the online portal, it's 24/7. I requested service in the afternoon because I work nights. On Wednesday of the same week. Adam the maintenance manager stopped by. Like Tara, Adam is easy going and professional. He came in, assessed the situation and 1 hour later, my kitchen faucet was replaced. Regardless of who I speak to in Management, I always feel like my concerns are addressed and I'm not a burden to anyone. To the staff and management @ River Crest, thank you for enhancing my 'quality of life'. S.P.
