I have been living in this community since last 2 years and there are no issues. However, I am very much disappointed the way they have been handling no cooking gas issue which happened due to recent flooding. We understand the situation but its been 3 days that we don't have gas and now also there is no update when gas will be available.
Even, the emergency contact number is not working and leasing office is closed till next Thursday and we don't know whom to contact. I am very much frustrated.
Just to respond u back and correct you, I am not frustrated with the damage caused by flooding. I felt very bad seeing those words.
My correct e-mail id is listed and i got the updates. We were intimated that we would receive gas back on Sept 2nd (Saturday) in between 9 - 12 and we waited till 2'0 clock but there was no any update. i tried to call emergency contact number and call never got connected. Because of all this, i said i got frustrated. we got update on that day night 10'o clock. It would have been informed before.

For what it's worth, we resided there from 1977 to 82, at the start of my career, before a transfer to another state. At that time PVGdns was a quiet, very well maintained safe community. It was very enjoyable to see, that from the reviews that management is still taking good care of that complex. Well done !!

My friend is a tenant at this complex, and when they were locked out of their apartment, they were automatically hung up on by the apartment's emergency line multiple times. I also attempted to call for them once their phone started to die and found the same issue, and even when a third friend finally managed to get through, the woman on the other line was incredibly rude and refused to help unless we could provide the street name their unit was on (even though we knew the unit number). It's completely unacceptable for an apartment complex to have this unresponsive an emergency line. Do better.
