Birchview Gardens

Ive had a great experience living in Birchview Gardens. Its very peaceful and quiet, well organized, everything is clean around, very reasonable prices and the lady in charge of the office is very friendly and will answer any of your questions! Definitely feels like home. I strongly recommend! The best apartment complex experience Ive ever had!

Lived here in 2021. Left due to Hurricane IDA, but I regret leaving. Missed it so much, that I came back. Barbara (leasing manager) and Maintenance are beyond fantastic! Great place to call home! :)

I recently lived at Birchview Gardens in Piscataway on River road for almost 30 years. This was a wonderful experience for a large part of my life. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained as well as keeping the outside well groomed. The Manager that runs the complex is very friendly, professional and works very hard to make all tenants happy. I really miss living here.

Great location. Excellent management and maintenance staff providing immediate response whenever needed. Definitely going to miss Birchview Gardens of Piscataway which felt like home throughout my journey and would recommend anyone for this place to live for sure. Thank you!!

As we reflect on our four years in our first apartment in NJ, we can't help but feel a sense of nostalgia and fondness for the wonderful memories we've created here. Nestled in a welcoming neighborhood, our 2-bedroom apartment has truly been a home away from home, and we'd like to share our experience with all of you. From the moment we stepped foot into this place, we were captivated by the sense of space it offered. The apartment's layout was well-designed, providing ample room for us and our belongings without feeling cramped. One of the standout features of this community was the peaceful and diverse atmosphere it exuded. We truly appreciated the blend of different cultures and backgrounds, creating a friendly and inclusive environment that made us feel right at home. Our experience with the management, led by the remarkable Barbara, was exceptional. Another crucial aspect of any living space is the maintenance team, and we can't praise them enough for their responsiveness and helpfulness. From minor repairs to routine maintenance, they were quick to act and resolve any issues, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. Perhaps one of the most noteworthy features of this apartment complex was the minimal pest issues we encountered. Lastly, the icing on the cake was the affordability of the rent. Finding such a comfortable and well-managed apartment at a reasonable price felt like hitting the jackpot. If you're looking for a place that embodies comfort, community, and excellent management, we wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It's been an unforgettable chapter in our lives, and we are grateful for the memories we've created here.
