Dont ever get optimum mobile this is literally the worst company. They tired to get me to paid 198 to turn a phone off that I gave back the same week I got it. They also did not close the account when I asked them too and waited until after the next bill payment. Everything was done online not at this location.

Very disappointed and frustrated with this company Ive been with them for over 10 years and I get lied to by a impersonator named Jose pretending to be the manager and said he couldnt help me with my problem they over price and there is much better companies I could have switched to along time ago but they obviously dont care about loyalty and very unprofessional. Hire someone who actually knows what they doing and I dont need an apology from any one in the company because it wont correct the issue. Dont trust them dont go here its a waste of time. They don't take devices back and it is not visible clearly on internet what services they offer. Such a waste of time.

Does not take cable equipment even though their phone representative indicated otherwise
