        We bought an iPhone 8 Plus and screen protector Package at this Verizon kiosk almost a year ago. The screen protector broke about six months ago and we came back and the gentleman was extremely nice and said no problem, I don’t need the receipt and he changed it right away. We came back again today and the salesman would not even look in my Verizon account and refused to replace it saying I have to go back to the company. This rude salesman name was Jonathan G. Mr. G, you should learn how to treat your customers but you probably won’t be working there very much longer because of your attitude.

        I was taken care of Cindy and she was phenomenal. She gave me everything I needed and wanted. Amazing customer service and I will definitely be going back and referring friends and family.
