Starbucks

I got there at 550am on a Sunday. I waited at the door to 6 because you never know about the drive through coffee They opened the door at 6 am. I get the promptness. As soon as I walked in there were boxes all over the place with liquid leaking out. I complained and was told me they just haven't got to it yet. That prevented me from sitting down to enjoy my coffee. I then paid 4.25 for an Americano that was cold. I had to send it back and it was hard getting their attention because of headphones. Then when I did I was trying to explain I want light water and realized no one could hear me with these head phones. I got the second cup but it was made wrong filled to the top with water. I took it and ran. Then I couldn't drink it because it tasted funny. I stopped at 7-11 and made my own for half the price.

Staff is always kind and cheerful. Always a good experience. Always my stop I. That areas. Today I ordered my sons drink wrong and they happily corrected it. My pups get excited to go here too for their pup cups!

Drive thru attitude every time Im here. The employees cant be bothered to be pleasant or even speak sometimes.
