Yale Kent LLC also know Stuyvesant Yale LLC run by Stephen Bunch was a horrible property manager. I hired him to serve as property manager for my property. He scammed me out of 4k and was the biggest expense to my property. Charged me for an appraisal he did not tell me nor agreed I would be charged (could have talked to any agent that would do it for free market comparison), took first month renter's rent as his fee even without my consent though he did not give me a listing agreement nor told me I would be paying. He then charged me a SURCHARGE for three times the amount it took to fix a faucet plus the fix and labor itself. I paid $430 in writing for him to get me a CofH certificate from the city, has been 4 months and still has not provided one, only takes 2weeks max. He does not follow up with the town at all. When I asked him for his final bill to close my account with him, he dragged it it out for a whole month without telling me how much he was tacking on and final bill was the biggest expense I ever incurred. He did not give me a return on my investment and actually gave me a loss on my cash flow because of his outrages fees. All Landlords Stay Away look for another prop manager!
