The Happiness Program offered by this place has been life transforming for me. Great yoga classes and meditation sessions as well. Love coming back here again and again.

This physical studio no longer exists but there's a really lovely studio called Dhyana Yoga + Wellness which took it's place!

Not a bad gym, but it does suffer from being the oldest one. The weight room is small, busy, and cramped (and smelly).
