My daughter has been a resident for two years Everything has gone smooth The staff at the verve have been very helpful with any of our concerns Security is excellent and everything is in working order and clean We are so glad we chose the the verve

I have been living at Verve since my freshman year and renewed my lease for a third year. If I were to go back I'd do it all the same. The managers Lena and Joe are kind, respectful and helpful and very willing to work with residents. Verve has security throughout the night which makes me feel 1000000% better being in New Brunswick on College Ave. In my opinion the prices are just what they need to be for what you are getting, Samsung laundry appliances in your unit, free unlimited spray tans, gym access, great views of the city and there are also resident events with free food. I mean what college kid doesn't love free food. Overall, the atmosphere at Verve is one of a kind. The employee Reya is the sweetest person I have ever meet, seriously. She cares about her residents, learns their names, learns their friends names and I just think that is amazing, to want to be so connected with the residents. One last thing is the location, my farthest class is a 10-15 min walk and my closest is a 3 min walk. I do have my car at Verve but due to limited parking in New Brunswick I tend to just walk everywhere, mainly for food, but there are so many different options for food literally minutes away. Down Easton, or Hamilton there are a variety of food places that stay open late for those that have long days. Live At Verve!!! You will NOT regret it for one second.
