Raffaele and David were absolutely great through the whole move in process from start to finish. I gave them a phone call to schedule a tour
And from the start of the conversation all the way to moving in, everything went smooth. Thanks to David, Raffaele, and staff I am now living in my beautiful apartment.

Please take the time to read this review. Been living here for about 1.5 years. In the beginning when we moved in they requested we write a 5 star review as a part of some incentive, hence why this place probably has 4.5 reviews, but now that we have been living here for 1.5 years I would like to change this review to 2 stars.
First, in the last 1.5 years we have been staying here. management has changed FOUR times. If that doesn't say something than I don't know what does.
Second, prior to moving in January 2023, we were told that there was a leak in our windows and they were fixing it, delaying our move in date. We later moved in and the next big rainstorm the window started leaking. This leak is still on going, which is ok, we understand it takes a lot to manage a leak and find where it is located, but the headache in which we have had to deal with this is ridiculous. We have a one year old baby, and at the time of all this happening the baby was just born. The first attempt at telling them the leak had reappeared was ignored and then after writing a detailed letter and refusing to pay rent, is only when they finally paid attention and had the roofers come in attempt to fix it. The leak IS STILL an issue by the way and has no moved to another window as well.
Third, the kitchen window entire blinds fell down when i went to pull them down from the window. I was holding my baby at that time and it nearly hit her. This is a 4 foot window blind we are talking about, not light blinds. Then today, I went to pull the string to open the blinds and the top panel of the blind fell and it my wrist and my baby's leg as I was holding her.
Management keeps changing and we are paying a lot in rent to be living in a space which is not safe to live for a baby.
I suggest you don't even bother looking into living here. and if you do, cross all your t's and dot all your i's because nothing is what they say it is. They sold this place as newly renovated and all windows and fixtures fixed. Which clearly is not the case.

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge, David Liang, for his exceptional service and professionalism. Upon arriving, for my tour I was greeted by a delightful concierge, and David, along with his colleague, David provided me with thorough information and a comprehensive tour of the main clubhouse and apartment. David's knowledge about the amenities and different types of units was impressive, and he presented it all with a welcoming smile and a few jokes that made the experience enjoyable.
The entire process has been smooth sailing, and David has been a pleasure to work with. I am excited to become a resident of Renaissance Plaza Square.
I want to express my gratitude for having such an exceptional staff at Renaissance Plaza Square. The level of care and accommodation shown by David and the rest of the team is truly remarkable. I look forward to many more welcoming moments with David and the staff.
