Dont waste your time moving here. They constantly change their staff and the new staff is rude especially Summer. Youre paying all this money just for the building to constantly smell like weed and people continuously blast music. The trash room stinks and is constantly overfilled with trash which attracts gnats and roaches. Dont be fooled by the continental breakfast that they dont even provide every Sunday. The breakfast only consists of stale pastries and cold cereal. The amount of money that you pay here you would think that there would be better food options. When I moved here I was told that there would be a bartender at the bar in the lounge and of course that was a lie. Not to mention they dont let you know that you can get your carpet shampooed for free if you renew your lease. I had to find out about it from a tenant. To this day I still didnt get my carpet shampooed for free. I would not recommend this place and there are better apartment complexes. This place was once good when Mike, Mindy and Jayla were around. Once they left it has went downhill. I implore you not to be fooled like me and waste your money here.

Too many college students, too many parties (very loud)! Management/CEO unable to handle the noise issues/fall on deaf ears! Management denied the inevitable noise evidence (recordings) that was provided as per their request; instead, we're asked to relocate to another unit with no guarantee it won't happen again. Not to mention the most incompetent maintenance manager; everything he fixed requires a second time for him to fix his own fixings. No wonder we've had so many issues since we moved in; the turn-over wasn't done properly. He's also very loud in the hallways. I'll definitely be staying away from establishments that are close to colleges.

I recently attended a Valentines Day "Sip and Paint" event hosted by the Raritan Heights staff. The event was like drinking bliss on tap and drowning in a sea of iridescent reds and pinks. The food, choice of wine, paints and painting equipment were all impeccable, flawless, sublime. The vibe was lots of laughter between both newly made and old friends in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If there are more future events likes these then I shall stay until death's iron talons rip me away from this world.

0 stars. My experience with this company has been beyond horrendous. When i moved in on Nov 5, 2021, we had ordered a mattress to the apartment to be delivered the same morning. As it was being delivered, I met the amazon delivery driver on his way out, who notified me that my mattress was dropped off by him to the unit directly, as per managements direction. When i excitedly got to the front desk, Mike Lebowitz had informed me that they had the mattress sent to my apartment (which is NOT allowed as per company policy on the lease, by the way). We went to our unit, and there was nothing there. We came back to ask & they just brushed it off saying it should be there. We went up again, nothing. Mike and Minere literally smiled and said we dont know, we informed him to drop it. Days went by & we had to report it lost. Then a few days later, i found out that Minieres unit was directly across mine & immediately grew a suspicion that they stole it. This was just the first instance. I felt unsafe in this building as management was able to turn off BUILDING cameras and enter any without permission. Then came January 2023. I was leaving for my destination wedding & i had safely packed my wedding ring & a necklace in a box. The day before departure, i had a family event so i was not at the apartment for the whole day. I didnt realize until i reached cancun the next day, that my ring & necklace were missing. My suspicion grew about Min as she was always lurking around my apartment. (As I was working from home, i did stay inside my unit for a lot of the lease). However the times I was not home, I felt unsafe and targeted by this management team. Definitely keep a personal camera in your apartment unit if you are a current tenant. As the last and final straw- around the 65 day mark before move out, I had spoken to Min, in person about moving out. Im not sure if she has authority but she never gave me ANY correspondence about moving out, even though i expressed my intention to move out at the end of the leases term. In person. Face to face. Lol to my surprise, Minere left as soon as her lease ended & never told anyone i was moving out or took the process further to make it final. This company tried to charge me $6,000 for failure to notify of moving. This entire team is a scam. After weeks of discussing back & forth, Ms. Summer finally agreed to drop the insane charges that we were facing due to some correspondence we had with Mike aside from Min. It was even more absurd that we had to fight THIS much about our credibility, when they fired Mike (the property manager) for theft a few months before. Anyways I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Rude company & beyond suspicious activity from the old management team. I luckily moved out to another building and Im not facing any issues of theft, corruption, or targeted injustices as I did at this place. Ill never return as a customer and I highly recommend you stay away from this building and company overall. Screw you, Mike & Min, i truly wish i called the cops when the first occurrence happened with my mattress.
