This is an incredibly miserable place to live. Insulation in the ceiling is non-existent. You can literally hear the conversation to the people living above you. Forget about getting a good night's sleep because you can hear every step that everyone takes. Upstairs Neighbor has to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night? You're definitely going to wake up because of the loud squeaking noise that the floor makes. I can't wait to leave.

I lived there for a couple years and loved it the only reason I left was because the rent started to become to high. The property was well maintained and the on site maintenance man was wonderful. If you had any issue he would come right over even if it happened in the middle of the night. I was a great place to live.

so happy my boyfriend and i moved here. affordable, well maintained, nice neighbors, and ben our PM is THE BEST. helpful, attentive, and goes above and beyond for us.

Awesome neighbors and close knit community. Apartments are comfortable and on site manager is friendly and hard working.
