Horrible management. Do not lose your money living here. They have cameras everywhere to spy on you. They charge and fine you for everything imaginable and you can't fight it. They essentially hold your security deposit hostage. These people are crooks, plain and simple.

My buddy lived here and mgmt watches everything and fines you for small things to squeeze money from you. Its actually absurd how much energy and effort goes into fining residents. Im not sure how or why fining your tenants is good for your business.
Youre better off finding another location. This isnt part of a community I would recommend.
