Lived here since 2015 and it is a quality place given the price point. You'll be hard-pressed to find apartments in this area that have an in-unit washer/dryer AND gas range cooking and heating at the current rental rate. Grounds are always well kept and the even though kids live here it is still very quiet.
Like I said, it's great given the price point. Some folks may not like the lower standards, but I'll trade some comfort for not paying $2700 a month to rent Monmouth county. Maintenance is very responsive and obviously your unit will need it. Just be persistent in contacting them. Jill is also a very nice office manager/supervisor.

Quiet cozy and friendly. My mother in law Deb P. Loves this place. Jill in the front office is superb. You can't find a better apt complex around here.

I would like to share my experience that Ive had here at the Gables with the maintenance man Pete I have to say what a good experience I had with him and always do. I had a heat issue. I put a call out to Pete He called me right back and sent, the heat guy out to take care of the issue Ive ran into other issues here Ive lived here for years he always is right on top of everything. He is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you for all you do. I really appreciate you. Thank you Kelly.

Unbeatable value for an apartment in central NJ. 15 minute drive to NJ Shore, Beaches, Bars and Train to NY. The apartment features large rooms, AC, washer/dryer in the apartment!!!, and plenty of closet and many cabinets in the kitchen. You control your own heat and cooling. Plenty of parking with large spaces including some spaces that can accommodate over sized vehicles. The neighbors and staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Multiple people saw me carrying stuff moving in and offered help. Very tranquil atmosphere. Never hear any noise day or night Been here for almost a year and have had no maintenance or any other issues.
