The bed from the pull out couch is so horrible. Metal bars dig into your back.

Upon arrival it was brought to our attention the door card system wasn't working. While I completely understand systems going down, but the fact that no good options were provided left us having to find a new place to stay. The employee's indifference to our circumstances was off-putting. This is why I am providing a one-star rating.

I previously left a great review while I was staying at this hotel. Unfortunately at the end of my stay there was an incident with the manager of the hotel. My original reservation was for 3 nights at the hotel. After saying there for over 4 nights i was told I owed extra money for an additional nite. Then I called reservations and confirmed with them that my original reservation was for 3 nights. I explained to the manager that I did confirm with reservations that my original reservation was 3 nights and not 2 nights like the manager at the hotel said it was. Then when I called back to reservations to ask them to contact the manager at the hotel to confirm the same, the reservation was changed and they could see that it was the manager who went into my reservation and changed it to 2 days after I had already been staying there. The reservations dept escalated the matter to the consumer affairs dept within the hotel chain. It didnt matter because nothing was done. I was told that the manager shouldnt have changed the reservation herself. I emailed corporate office and nobody did anything. Its disgusting how the manager made me feel just so she could be right. Shame on you Marriott. I will not be staying at a Marriott hotel again. There are other hotels like the Hyatt who treated me like a valued guest and like family.
