No one answers the phone?!? Called and inquired for two weeks and I keep getting hung up on... no recent reviews tells me all I need to know.

My husband and I just moved in a few weeks ago and we couldnt be any happier. First of all: Chandler is the greatest of all time. From the very first phone call she was extremely informative and helpful. She was so responsive with all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond. We move a lot because of my husbands job and she is quite literally the best person Ive ever dealt with during a move. The maintenance guys are also two gems. Our garage door broke the day after we moved in and they were here to fix it just minutes after I put in the request. They even let us borrow some tools during our move in. They also helped us move a really heavy item inside. Angels! The valet trash is amazing. The community is so beautiful and quiet. They have a walking path around the two ponds, tons of grills on property to use, as well as a fitness center in the clubhouse. Dog friendly with an extravagant dog park and a playground. Lots of dog waste stations also. You can pay your rent online and submit maintenance requests. We moved from out of state site unseen, and it was a great choice! Everything about this place is perfect!

I would strongly discourage anyone from signing a lease agreement here. As youll note, the positive reviews posted here are from 3+ years ago when other individuals were running the leasing office. Staff is misleading and unprofessional, not to mention inconsistent and vague in communication. Unfortunately, when leasing office feels exposed for shortcomings or their own errors, they act petty and look to create issues with that resident. Do yourself a favor and look for a more professional and honest place to call home!

Sarita and the team members Lindsay (former) and Chandler, maintenance staff (former & current Richard) have been an awesome team! Brook View was truly our refuge during the pandemic and we are so thankful. A very nice place to live and certainly the best in the area...feels like a true residential neighborhood. So well maintained and landscaped. Elwood and Sharon
