So lucky to have found this place! Super responsive maintenance staff and community director (Elissa). Seven months into my lease and Ive already renewed for a second year. This is by far one of the most pleasant places Ive lived.

I moved into Jackie's Crossing for a year, while my new home was being built in Delaware. One of the best decisions I have made. Move in ready-10 Beautiful - 10 Location - 10 Security - 10 Maintence - 10 Office Personnel -10 You will love it at Jackie's Crossing

Although we ultimately didn't move in (price was the only factor, otherwise it was one of the best apartment complexes we toured), we absolutely loved the office manager/leasing consultant, Kat! She was extremely personable, incredibly helpful (even with the apartment complex we DID decide to move to!), and a joy to be around during the touring process. It was like a good friend was giving the tour! She never pressured us, gave us the time of day, and answered every single question, over the course of about 2 weeks of back and forth through emails and over the phone, and then of course in person. She knows her residents well, as multiple residents said "Hi Kat" throughout our visit when we were with her, and she was incredibly friendly with everyone. We can't say enough good things about her! In addition, everyone else I was in touch with at Davis Properties (the group that owns Jackie's) was amazing as well. Kat just stood out even more due to her friendly personality! Thanks Kat, for everything!

Jackies Crossing is an amazing place that I call home. It is not your typical apartment complex, it encompasses a jovial community with convenient luxury accommodations. The location is centralized to several major highways and is walking distance to many retail locations. Some of my favorite amenities are the 24-hour gym, the trash chute (I haven't been outside in 2 years to throw out the trash, clearly, I do not miss it), the elevator, and my garage (which is such a convenience during bad weather!) The property is professionally maintained by a cleaning and landscaping crew several times a week. The maintenance team is timely and thorough. We have Clubhouse events that are sponsored by the complex and are always fun. I cant say enough pleasant things about Jackies Crossing; my home of luxury, peace & quiet and a great community.
