Marlton Gateway Apartments

I toured with Sean today, viewing a one bed/bath unit. In my short interaction with him, he was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and made the viewing experience well worth my commute from Toms River. Even his communication leading up to the tour was stellar. Aside from the apartment being gorgeous on its own, my experience with him has made Gateway a top choice in my apartment search.

Our family has lived here for 2 yrs and we recently resigned for another yr. Staff has always been friendly, helpful and addressed any issues with reasonable response. Certain neighbors that were an issue before thankfully were dismissed from the property or leaving very soon. Apartments are spacious with lots of storage and an option to have a garage or extra storage. Clubhouse is a 4/5 min drive down the road for access to the gym, pool and outdoor grills etc for family and guests.

They are aware that a person illegaly subletted and gave $1000 a month and a $1000 deposit without telling the subletter that this was the situation until after moving in and it was supposed to on a 6 month agreement. After making several calls to the management office I finally was in contact with the manager, Alexandra, who did not show much concern after several attempts to finally speak with her. I would not consider this development based on the fact they will not follow through with what they don't allow. If you want to rent and sublet, apparently this is the place.

Worst apartment complex I have ever seen. Police are here constantly due to loud neighbors with domestic disputes. Management is neglectful and apathetic. Save your hard earned money, this is far from luxury.
