The situation is such that the vehicle (mid-size and large SUV of company F) is almost impossible to maintain. The interior of the car is very dirty, and there is endless noise coming from the left rear of the car. Uncomfortable throughout the ride. Meanwhile, it may be a problem with the vehicle itself, but the steering wheel response is too light at high speeds. The wiper is also not maintained, so it hardly gets wiped. The problem is that customers cannot choose a vehicle.

I went to avis for a rental because it was close by. They denied me and told me i was on the no rent list. They couldn't tell me why! No explanation what so ever. No goos customer service. I went to hertz, and they took care of me very well. No issues, no problem. 100000 percent!

My previous review got deleted for some reason, so I'm re-posting this. The Three guys there (Adrian, Cris and Jay) are just great - And it's this customer focus that sets them apart from the competition. Please go see them. They'll help you out and you'll like the cars too!
