Ive been apart of the Rebel family for 5 years now and its been nothing but amazing. The workout environment is filled with laughter, positivity, craziness, and so much joy. The trainers are just extraordinary and have helped shape me into the athlete I am today. This place and the people are the reason I fell in love with working out.

I have been coming to Rebel Strength & Fitness for about 3 months and I never knew how much I needed this in my life until I walked through their front door. From that moment, I was greeted as if Derek and I knew each other forever. The warm welcome from all of the staff and even others that work out there is incredible. Each team member is there for you, and they all make sure that you are getting everything you can out of each and every single workout. Melissa is an inspiration and such an incredible motivator! Erica and Derek are just the perfect definition of a 'fitness couple' that makes sure you are 150% working out to your full potential. Every team member knows every single person by name right from the start, so you aren't just "another member". Everyone hypes everyone up no matter if you know them or not, and it really makes you feel at home. This gym is a family who encourages, supports, and really embraces who you are and helps you achieve your fitness goals. It is never a job to go to the gym, it's more of an escape to work out with my Rebel family. The fist bumps, fitness tips and chocolate milk reviews from Ryan are the best. Oh, and did I mention how awesome Melissa is? Each and every trainer, Erica, Derek, Melissa, Ryan and Anthony are incredible, and they are there to make sure you achieve all of your fitness goals! I am so thankful to be a part of such an amazing team!

I couldnt ask for a better place to workout! The team at Rebel are incredibly knowledgeable and just awesome people in general. Having worked with Derek, Erica, and the rest of the Rebel team for years now I couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Every time I walk into the gym I know Im gonna make gains and have a great time doing it.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! So lucky to be able to work hard and get better with such amazing coaches and people surrounding me! Every session is filled with fun AND hard work I can honestly say at the gym Ive made amazing relationships and gotten so much stronger!!

The coaches are knowledgeable but also make the workout fun and welcoming! The entire gym community is tight knit, making this is the best gym ever! Best decision I ever made was joining Rebel!
