I have been working with Darin's team for the last couple of years, more specifically with Blake. Blake has been a great trainer and has made me much stronger. We have a lot of fun together and have great workouts. He makes sure my form is good and that my nutrition plan is on track. I would recommend the Next Level team any day!

In March 2015 I had lower back surgery for a severe herniated disc. I had always been active but after the pain and suffering I went through, I was afraid to do any type of “working out†with the fear of really hurting myself. So after a very inactive year, on January 1, 2016, I decided to make a New Year’s resolution to be healthier and stronger, as I’m sure most people tend to do. I contacted Next Level Training and it was the best thing I could have done for myself! I have been working with Brenda Amico for the past few weeks and within my 2nd week I lost 4 lbs and 3.5 inches from my hips. She has given me a meal plan, along with tons of advice and encouragement! I reach out to her with any questions I may have and she is always happy to accommodate. She has designed a training program based on my individual needs and issues (with my back). If I am ever uncomfortable performing an exercise, she will quickly modify it so I do not compromise my progress. We discuss food options and I have learned that this isn’t just a “fad diet†or a “quick workout planâ€. This is a LIFESTYLE. One of which, I will take with me and use forever. It’s knowing what to eat and how to follow a better routine. It’s not easy, I won’t lie! I get my butt kicked every week. I am also not a very motivated person when it comes to working out, BUT with the encouragement & dedication I receive from the Next Level family, I feel empowered and WANT to push myself to become a better version of myself! If you’ve been saying you’re going to join a gym but don’t know which or just haven’t come around to it yet, THIS is the one to join… TODAY! You will thank yourself in just a short time.

I've been training at Next Level for two years so far, and it's been a great experience. I train with both Darin and Blake, and they're both wonderful. I always get an awesome workout, and it's never boring. There also helped me through a knee injury, which I could have never done on my own. At 48, I'm in the best shape of my life!

The level of commitment and determination in Darin is crazy awesome. Every time I go in I know I'm going to get my @$$ kicked but in the end I know it's worth it. Everyday is a new chapter in life for me and I have Darin to thank for it. He dosnt get mad when you mess up a bit but instead gives you advice on how to fix what you need to fix in the future. And when you do what you need to do he offers great feedback showing how happy he is that your putting the work in; and that's the key, if you put the work in you'll get 100% of Darin and his 100% is worth it. I feel like I don't go to see a trainer, I feel like I go see a friend.
