        After 11 years of being a client, I cancel my membership because I am moving; only to find out Retro wants to charge me for an additional month of service. I wasn’t happy to find out that retro was attempting to charge me, when cancelling prior to the next contract period, but in response the desk was demeaning and unprofessional. You would think a client who has been around this long, through covid and a facility move, would be shown a little more appreciation. But i guess that $21 means more. For those who don't mind being spit at the second you walk away, this gym is for you. Best of luck with your business model.
