I've been living here for about 3 years now, Im giving this 4 stars based off the new prop manager Mark, in the few interactions I've had with him he has been more then helpful to helping me find packages in the mailroom to taking care of a noise issue. In the time I've been here I've seen more property managers come and go, as long as they keep Mark at this location the building should be in good hands.

TOO MANY ISSUES TO LIST. No place to walk dogs, no dog walking signs are posted on the only grass area near building. Management is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with and impolite. I have called numerous times, left a voicemail and multiple emails in regard to issues with no reply. There is no parking when you pay $80 a month for your own spot someone else is always in. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Hi Gianna, we're sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing your account, we can confirm that management was very communicative with you regarding your tenancy. Those grassy areas are not our property and we did not put those signs up. We have a system put in place where tenants are to put in an emergency work order if someone is parked in their spot and we will have them towed which was outlined in your handbook and sent monthly in the resident newsletter.

I lived in this building for 2 years. It is a really good deal for NJ and a great community to live in. I would give it 5 stars, however sometimes there is a lack of accountability when it comes to residents breaking the rules or setting off the fire alarms at all hours of the day. However, other than that, it was a pleasure to have this place as my home and would definitely recommend it to anyone in Morris County. Maintenance is top notch and attentive, parking is reasonable, very close to easy transit options, and very accommodating staff.
