image I just recently moved into these apartments and so far I am very satisfied with everything. I cannot speak for prior management here but Rosa in the leasing office has been amazing through the whole process. I am renting a newly renovated apartment and it is very spacious with everything that I need. They have been making improvements to common areas with new paint and carpeting in the stairways as well as all new laundry machines with convenient app payments.

My girlfriend and I have had nothing but problems since moving into this this complex. First of all, the apartments are in extremely rough shape and we've had constant maintenance and bug issues. Our next door neighbor puts out bird seed/bread to feed the animals and food is scattered everywhere. There's also cats and racoons running around because people keep leaving food for them. We've told management several times and nothing has been done about it. In addition, the maintenance guy takes forever to address any problems and he is impossible to get in contact with. The leasing company literally has one guy that is in charge of doing maintenance for Country Village and all their other properties.
During the application process, the landlord sold us this story that we would have a great experience and could contact him with any issues. Since day one, we've had plumbing issues and things falling apart in the apartment. The landlord then told us to stop contacting him during certain hours, when he made it very clear in the beginning that there was 24 hour maintenance. This is completely untrue, If something happens at night, you are out of luck and at the mercy of the maintenance guy who never responds.
In addition, we had multiple items stolen from our apartment. After contacting the landlord, he wasn't even sympathetic and refused to believe anything like this would happen. He was extremely uncooperative and did nothing to help me. The door was locked and the only people who had access to the apartment were employees of the leasing company. I later filed a police report and received all my money back through renters insurance.
In regards to the laundry room, it is a complete disaster. Half the washers and dryers don't work and the ones that do barely wash or dry clothes at all. You have to put everything in multiple times and my clothes always had a strange odor every time I did washes.. At a certain point, we started taking our clothes to a laundromat.
Overall, we are tired of all the problems and lack of concern by the leasing company. They could really care less about the complex and only do the minimum to keep things going. We will be moving out as soon as our lease is up. I highly advise anyone who is thinking about moving here to really do their research and tread lightly.

image There are no amenities and they don't do anything to fix the complex or make it nicer but they up our rent sky-high every year so much that we can't afford to save to move out
