She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to find the perfect apartment for me and my kids. I highly recommend Canfield Mews to anyone looking for a place to call home. The whole complex is clean, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. Big kudos to Dawn for making the process so easy and enjoyable!

First, I'd like to say, that the leasing agent (Dawn) was knowledgeable, kind and understanding when we were searching for an apartment. As most people know, moving is a stressful time and she made the process a lot easier. She addressed all my questions and concerns flawlessly. I would recommend that anyone looking for an apartment to give her a call.

As a divorced mom now residing at Canfield Mews my review of this complex is beyond words. Dawn, who walked me through all my paperwork and handled me with kid gloves at a very low point in life, is the most amazing, kind, sensitive, loving, and helpful woman I have come across in decades. I have never felt so comfortable. Dawn has an incredible demeanor and I owe the happiness I have today to her. Each resident who either is coming to reside here or already lives here is lucky to have such a passionate woman to work with. As for my apartment...I have never been happier. Maintenance is amazing! They are so on top of anything you need. It's a great feeling to have such incredible/hard working individuals taking care of the complex. I feel very safe and I am living my best life at Canfield Mews. Someone was looking down on me when they steered me in Dawn's direction, Best choice that I could possibly make. My son and I love it here!!!! KUDOS to the team at Canfield Mews.

Ive lived here for a total of 5 years I can say the best part about this place is Dawn the leasing Manager and Slavic who is head of the Maintenance department. Ill start with my experience with Dawn shes extremely helpful friendly and professional, you can tell she cares that youre happy, she knows everyone by there name and will go out of her way to help you its nice when you deal with some who you can tell truly cares if there has ever been a problem shes always there to talk to you, Ive never not been able to get in touch with her Slavic is first off a great at his job! Hes is always there to help! I had problems with my windows staying open once called, he was there within 15 minutes problem solved! That man is always out there working! Between the two of them, they will literally go out of there way to help you! Ive lived in apartments my whole life and this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. Those two make that place perfect! So if youre looking for a place to live and had bad experiences at other complexes like me, look no further! Go in meet her and him and youll see exactly what I mean! 10 out of 10 because of those two!
