Maintenance man , Angel Matos constantly goes above and beyond for the tenants and keeps his section of complex running, clean sidewalks in winter cleared. Very friendly and cooperative with everyone.

They're cheap but have a rat problem that maintenance doesn't really do much about. Still not a bad place to live. Easy parking and access to the street. Water, sewage and heat is included which cuts down on your monthly costs. Heat is good in the winter. Cooling is good but gets a little pricey as they're using window air conditioners. Some of the appliances are old as you would expect in an older cheaper apartment but the rat issue is the reason for the 2 star rating.

We had power outage for few lights, reported emergency request. Angel Mates fixed the issue immediately. Appreciate great support on weekends without any delay.

The grounds are well kept, maintenance stays on top of things and are pretty good with handling complaints quickly. Some of the personnel are very nice and so are the neighbors. One thing that I can honestly say I don't like is the daddy long leg spiders. I get them every now and then since I'm so close to the trees (mini forest...lol). But my overall experience is enjoyable and definitely would recommend living here. Updated: I lived here for two years and can honestly say that it wasn't the same as it was when I first moved in. When the neighbors next door to me moved out, my townhouse started getting mice, roaches and water bugs. I scheduled for the exterminator to come out a few times but that wasn't successful so I took matters into my own hands and put down mice traps and traps for roaches and water bugs. I was catching mice every 2 days (I'm not even joking). The roach issue subsided a little but the water bug issue did not. The toilet system in the half bathroom on the 1st level would not stop malfunctioning resulting to water being leaked from the toilet into the basement. The dishwasher was "allegedly" new but kept pouring water onto the kitchen floor. I called maintenance, who used to respond within 1-2 days, didn't respond until 2 weeks later. Both issues were finally fixed after waiting a whole month. The 2nd bedroom ceiling leaked everytime it would rain. I was informed maintenance and they said that they would take care of it but they didn't which caused damage to one of my televisions. They're onsite laundry room steals your money because the washer and dryers do not work. Called the number on the appliances to get my money back, no one answers and no one ever returned the calls. Asked the rental office about it and they were no help and only stated that I would need to call the number on the machines. After being fed up with all of the issues, I decided that the best thing for me and my family would be to move. I informed the office of such and it felt like they were upset that I was moving out. I called the office a bunch of times and no one answered the phone. I even left messages asking for someone to call me back but no one called me back. I cleaned the apartment and received a letter stating that I left over $270 of damages in the unit. They never painted the unit so the walls were filthy when I got there. They never cleaned my unit before I moved in which resulted to me cleaning it so thay it'll be sanitary for my kids and I. Whatever painted they used does not allow you to wash the walls bc the paint comes off too but the stains stay there. Two years ago, I would say this was a great place to live, but now I would not recommend anyone living here unless you don't mind dealing with mice, roaches, water bugs, appliance issues, no onsite laundry, and unprofessional office personnel.
