The customer service center at 90 woodbridge center drive are unprofessional, rude and power hungry. I have have many issues with the lack luster staff. Most recently, lease supervisor Laura G. Told me that I could not just come and pick up a copy of my lease I had to put in a wok order, after I had driven all the way there. It was a simple matter of printing out a document and I wad told it would take 5-7 business days to provide me with a copy. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Only to tell me it was ready 2 hours later. She is a perfect example of how this company abuses their little bit of power. What happened to helping the customer? Being empathetic? I would never recommend my friends, family or strangers to rent from Best rent LLC. They are down right nasty and unkind. I have various other examples as I have been a resident for over 3 years and am dying to move. They raise the rent 5% every year and have ZERO amenities not even a play area for kids. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them especially in the avenel area.
