Ants all over the place no matter how clean you are poor paint job and overpriced and they still havent fixed the numbers on the parking lot ground so everyones confused on where to park .

Ive been living at Woodbine for a while and I love it. Super quiet & clean with neighbors who minds their business. Management has been so helpful (Kristen is amazing) and the move in was smooth.

PROS Size of the apartments Willy the maintenanceguy, he works his tail off for this place. CONS for the last 2 years. Capstone Properties. I was set to transfer to a 2 bedroom and had to wait 2 weeks because the apartment wasn't complete. Missing a the refrigerator and oven. Walls were done half heartedly. Everytime I was told it was ready something else needed to be completed. Cockroach and mouse infestation inside the walls of every building. Do not park near any of the dumpsters, the roaches will take up tenancy in your car. Management or the lack thereof. Complaints are ignored because the only thing they care about is how much they can steal from you. Maintenance supervisor(Not Willy). He is an aggressor and agitator. When he gets a reaction he comes the "victim". He is also the stealthiest sub employed there, only surfaces when it's quitting time. Most doorbells do not work which is quite concerning. There are really cool intercoms on each building that are supposed to be set to your cell phone so you can let people in but they haven't worked since Capstone took over. Safety- managemant claims your safety is important to them but it took the Township to make them lock all the back doors. The code to get into YOUR building is the same for all of the buildings, it's been the same code since the last owner had the system installed (roughly4 years ago). The only code that is different is for the management office, I guess their safety is more important than yours. It took several cars getting broken into for them to put security cameras up. Should have been proactive two years ago instead of reactive in Mar 2023. Parking lot floods I truly have pity for the next unsuspecting tenant(s) that move in to my old apartment. You will have ZERO quiet enjoyment. Your entire tenancy will consist of the upstairs neighbors stomping around and a tax return running in and out of every room and jumping off of every piece of furniture constantly. Do not rent 10B. Found mold in 2 closets and behind a picture while packing to move out. Quarter round is used to hide deficiencies between the floor and walls. The windows leak during heavy rain. There are approximately 9 community washing machines and 7 dryers for 100 units with the possibility of at least 200 residents. Several washer and dryers are broke and have been for quite a while. Having legitimate 1 and 2 star reviews removed from Google Bribing tenants for good reviews on Google which backfired Whats the actual name of this place? Woodbine Gardens? Woodbine Living? Enchanted Living? Where is this place actually located? Avenel? Rahway? The price for apartment increases drastically. Two years ago a 2 bedroom was $1775. December/January 22/23 they were $2,000.00. In February 2023 they are $2,325.00 The grounds are not well kept. There are many holes throughout the property and unfilled tire tracks that you can roll your ankle in. The courtyard floods and becomes a muddy mess whenever it rains. The rain floods the bottom floor hallways in the buildings that have back doors. Tenants take it upon themselves to shovel snow from the courtyard because Willy is the only one around to do it. LuXuRy apartments with ZERO amenities. There is a reason why many tenants are leaving in droves.... STRONGLY do not recommend moving there....
