Horrible that place kept my money. I was told it was a 24hour entrance. When I went to move in the man told me they were not 24 hours and in fact closed at 6 pm and never opened till 10am. I am so upset. They never gave me my money back. Knowingly kept my money not being 24hr service. They basically robbed me.

New access hours are ridiculous. Issues with security and basic function are inexcusable. I feel like the floor is going to break under my feet on the 3rd floor, I can see the floor under me when walking over part of it. This place either needs a complete overhaul or a complete condemnation. Edit: They just increased their rates lol so many better places with lower rates

Prime bought this a year or so ago and the place has turned into a homeless hangout. Broken down cars all over, trash everywhere, people sleeping in their cars during the day. Went to my unit on New Years to discover a group of junkies had moved in to the units around mine. There was so much trash, filth, and clutter the ailes were completly impassable. It looked like this was going on for a long time. The next week I removed all of my belongings from this place. I asked for my money to be returned for the remainder of the pay period due to the circumstances and was plainly told no, that wasn't their policy. Just another typical soleless corporation we've come to expect from this country. Check out the photos of after they "Took care of the problem".
