I had a very good experience at this location renting a trailer I booked over the phone the day before. The rep on duty was friendly, efficient, and very helpful with connecting and securing the trailer to my vehicle and testing the lights. Dropoff was quick and easy. Highly likely I will use this location again in the future if I need another rental.

The manager here acts like he owns every truck lmao listen big boy no one rented from you so mind your business.. worry about the trucks rented from the store you work at.. better yet should probably make sure they actually cash ppl out..

I scheduled an appointment online for wiring installation for a hitch. I received a call just a couple days before my appointment from an in-store representative and they stated my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to this day not being available as they were having a staff meeting. He proceeded to reschedule my appointment and informed me the service parts will be arriving. After two reschedules, no clue as to where the parts are, and weeks of attempting to get help I am furious. In between speaking with the representatives I asked to speak with the store manager who took my name and number and personally told me he will make sure it gets done. He has not called me back nor have I been able to reach him. Customer care gave sent him messages as well and gave me his direct number. No call back. It's been over a month now and my fall plans are going to have to wait until next year.
