Very Very rude staff! I purchased a tow hitch and not only was the woman that was the installer was incredibly rude, but the hardware that came with the tow hitch was partially missing. When I called to ask for help, I was met with multiple nonchalant attitudes and no answers for a problem they caused! The U-Haul in Salem MA was more accommodating and helped me with this issue that they didnt even cause.
