This rental company should be shut down by the authorities. I rented a box truck from them and it broke down multiple times and the brakes barely worked. Complained to the person in the office and he brushes me off. Worst maintained truck I have ever rented. Tried talking to owner Larry but nowhere to be found. Read their reviews on the internet carefully under Budget Rent a car they speak for themselves. Run away from this place. On top of it overcharged my credit card. Fraudsters.

Horrible experience. My husband went to pick up a 16' Budget truck that was previously reserved. He's moving his 70+ year old mother to Maryland (8hr drive). They gave him a truck with a broken A/C in 90 degree temperature with rain forecasted for the next 3 days. No trucks available in an hour radius from them. Told them they wouldn't have to pay anything once they reached Maryland, when I called customer service they refused to offer a refund. We left the truck and went with Penske!
