      image Terrible customer service. And watch out for changing prices! If you go to any other storage the price stays the same but here they tell you it's in your contract and deal with it. Nice comments huh? That's what their employee Tonya told me when I called to ask why I wasn't honored the prices online when signing up with them last month. It said $21 special an this month $32 yet for a 5*5 I'm paying $55 plus mandatory insurance so $66 total. No where near $21 or $32.....be careful going here not very friendly or professional!!! Update: prices keep rising its now $90 a month for a 5*5 here and another $11 for insurance so definitely looking for a new storage unit your last comment back to me was to help solve the problem yet you made it worse!!
