image Lynn Skervin and Mr. Barbados (inside joke) were amazing. 5 star service, and we treated really lovely and with great professionalism. The only downside is I wished the Suburban we rented was the higher trim but can't really complain.

image Avoid Enterprise & their subsidiaries. I booked a premium automatic car with gps. I arrived on time for my pick up. I was told the car is not ready despite I had booked a time slot for collection. 45mins after my booked time slot I was offered a manual compact car with no gps. I declined the car and asked when the car I had booked and paid for would be ready for my rental. I was told soon. An hour later I was told the car I had booked was no longer available & downgraded without any compensation or refund. I set off in the car I hadnt booked over an hour later than scheduled and as soon as I turned the car on the tyre pressure warning light came on. All cars should be health checked before being rented this car was not checked properly. I was not the only person waiting there were around 10 others waiting for their rentals and delayed due to their booked cars not being ready. I called enterprise to tell them the issue and they promised to call me back. This went on for 4 days and nobody called back despite me chasing them daily. I received an email from Meghan saying no other cars were available and that I should call the AA. The customer service was not satisfactory and after being told I would be called they just robbed me off the the AA which took 4 hours to fix the issue, delaying my trip and causing unnecessary hassle. I then was told that the manager would be available at my drop off to compensate the multitude of issues. However, nobody was available. I later received an email from Tom with a free upgrade on my next rental - honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a rental company from start to finish. I called and requested to speak to Tom after I received this email and guess what Im still waiting for a return call.

image Let's be clear the only reason I gave them a 1 is because the staff at Enterprise Manchester NH Airport deserve at 10 but the Enterprise call center should get a negative 5. Our keys got locked in the car(our fault) but that's why we had paid for roadside assistance (waste of money) it took 3 attempts at calling in for them to Acknowledge 1 they forgot to dispatch the first call, 2 they called and dispatched but neglected to tell us their service provider AAA had no one on call in the area before 9 am. So we ended up calling our own locksmith. Thankfully he got there in 20 minutes. We had to pay him out of our pockets after paying for roadside assistance. To make it worse Enterprise who has cancelled our lockout service still charged us an additional 55.00 for the lockout deductible. A service they never provided for us to work with their call center was an absolute nightmare. I would definitely go with another company and pay a bit more then to deal with Enterprise. Please do acknowledge the staff at Enterprise Manchester airport as they were wonderful.
