        Unfortunate experience, absolutely no customer service to be found, only referrals to third parties for blame games. Beware of the toll charges, beware of the lack of support if you find yourself with car trouble.

        The waiting line was a little long tonight, but the staff member was exceptional! She was calm and professional and the car exceeded my expectations. Thank you thrifty car rental! You've started my vacation off with a great customer experience.

        Don't ever rent from the Manchester NH Thrifty location. They are liars and thieves. I refeuled a car .8 miles from the airport and they charged me for 3 gallons of gas at over $10 a gallon. And it's impossible to despute the charge without receipts and there's no guarantee they won't just lie and charge you anyway. Completely unacceptable. Will contact the BBB over their business practices. They should be embarrassed to treat customers this way. Absolutely disgusting.
