Manager at the second st enterprise is EXTREMELY RUDE. Verbally attacked me while I was sitting down because I said that we would leave the car in Salem nh when it was done. Proceeded to tell me he had to go out of his way to get the rental in salem. that we have to return the rental in Manchester and that the girl working should have never said they had a rental for us to begin with. I will never rent at this location ever again. I was appalled by the way he was speaking to me while I was being respectful to him to begin with .

So much nicer to deal with the office in town (nearer my home) instead of going to the airport. Less expensive than the airport, too.
JUNE 2023 EDIT:
The office on 2nd St has closed forever. So, you have the airport (more expensive) and Gold St in the middle of shopping/eating, etc., and a location in Hooksett, one town over.

Nobody speaks Spanish in New Hampshire and if you are Hispanic, don't expect that you will drive the car you want, for example I rented a sedan and they forced me to rent an SUV which I specified that due to my hip it makes it difficult for me to get in and out

Although it is none of the employees' fault that there was a nationwide system error, it was an awful experience of having to waste my hour lunch. In total, I waited 2 hours to receive a vehicle.
I tolerated the wait thinking I would get a pristine vehicle as I have had wonderful experiences with Enterprise previously. However, I was wrong.
I currently have the vehicle and the interior smells like cigarette smoke. There are also cigarette burns on the driver's seat. It's disgusting really, and I have asthma so thisbhas been an awful experience. I've had a major migraine while driving this vehicle for a mile, and have started to experience major itchiness on my arms and face (i.e. exposed areas). I have had to turn the A/C on and drive with the driver's side window down to get some fresh air. If it weren't for the fact that they are closed on the weekends, I would have dropped it off Saturday afternoon. This is totally unacceptable, especially for the amount they are charging for 3 days which is a little over $400.
I would definitely not recommend renting a vehicle here.
