We have had such great customer service at Easterns Concord NH branch. Mark helped us so much on a Saturday as we needed to open an account and helped us get ready for our HELOC. Jaime is outstanding, so sweet and helpful. We went in in a Saturday 10 min before closing and needed a cashiers checkshe was so eager to help us out. We are so happy we switched I think we forgot what a Local bank felt like. They are your neighbors and friends and want to help. I highly recommend them for ALL your banking needs.
