I have never had a problem with this store, just in one day I've had to come to and at least 9 times buying something then returning it because it was wrong and they have helped me with a smile Everytime and tried above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Will never go to another auto store in that town again.

Needed a battery charger in a hurry. The store manager helped me find the one I want and hooked me up! Great customer service!

Good selection and quality parts, but checkout times can be slow at times.

I've had good luck over the years, but I was quite fried returning parts that were faulty and given in error which ruined Christmas party plans.
I asked for a simple store credit for the gas I burned...bc my friend was given the wrong and faulty parts...
I didn't think my request was unreasonable then I was told there's no button for that.
Corporate gets two dings for this experience, and an employee gets one.
The supervisor on was trying to be helpful.
