        This review is not about this dealership but about Mazda parts procurement. Our bodyshop ordered a headlight through this dealership. Mazda USA has not only been incapable of delivering this very common part in a reasonable time; it is also incapable of tracking the part. As a result, we still have no idea when we will be able to get our car back. Of course, there was no courtesy car or any compensation whatsoever. We have spent so much time on the phone with Mazda USA customer service, all of which was completely useless. They blamed supply chain issues for the first month, which seemed reasonable. Now we know that it was just an excuse for pitifully disorganized logistics. We highly encourage future buyers to seek other brands. We own two Mazdas, we will never buy this brand again.
