Absolutely awful customer service.
Please take down from your website that a battery price costs more because it comes with a free installation. Maybe update it to free installation if we feel like it. because that seems to be the actual standard. Chose to get the battery here and pay more so that I wouldnt have to deal with installing the battery myself. Called the store after purchasing the battery for pickup and got a kid that said we might be able to. Okay well Im not towing my car there for a maybe so I decided screw it Ill just do it myself. Go there to pickup the battery and the manager asks oh do you need someone to install the battery? Are you KIDDING ME. Then the kid who answered the phone earlier said well I said maybe so I thought you were still going to have the car towed here. Like WHAT. Do not waste your time. Save 125 bucks and go buy the same battery at Walmart, took ten minutes to install. Such a waste.
