Some of the best service possible to be honest. I believe it was "Mike", who not only remembered me from who knows when, but went above and beyond what was necessary. He determined I needed other work, but made certain everything was dialed in on Thompson/Eagle's end. Great guy.

MY RATE (00) NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS ON DELIVERYS, WHEN IT WAS EAGLY ENERGY GREAT, NOW THOMPSON'S NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, DELIVERY'S HAVE ALWAY BEEN WHEN HOME, WE'VE EXPRESSED WHY IT MUST FRIDAYS AS ALWAYS, WE HAVE LAND ANIMALS CAN'T LEAVE GATES OPEN,, THIS HAS BEEN UNDERSTOOD FOR 10YRS, SO WHY NOW THE PROBLEMS, WHO LEAVE THE FRONT OPEN FOR A DELIVERY PERSON, SO WHY WOULD WE LEAVE OUR GATES OPEN FOR ANYONE WHEN NOT HOME, I WAS TOLD BY ONE GIRL IN THE OFFICE I CAN CHANGE COMPANY IF I WANTED, THAT WAS HER ANSWER FOR ME, GREAT SERVICE

Customer experience with this company seems to have gone way down since Thompson Gas has taken over Eagle Energy. When I first got going with the company I received great service they went out of their way for me. Now that Ive been established for 2 years and call them explaining Im really low on gas and need it. Im told you will be fine just keep an eye on it Im at 7% on my tank and have people with medical conditions, along with elderly living in my home. Their answer is we cant have anyone out to you for 7-10 days. I have 2 services on my property and fill 800-1000 gallons at a time. I will be looking to chance services, I spend too much money with this company to be treated like I dont matter. Bye!

When we moved into our home 5 years ago we knew that we would only deal with a local propane company. So here we are 5 years later dealing with another price gouging corporation. They apparently bought out the local company, we find out when our propane jumps over $200.00. Nevada people you do not have to deal with this, there are still honest local propane dealers here.
