Not impressed. Ive been with State Farm since I was 16 years old and Im 36 now. This is the first time filing a claim on a catastrophic event that happened last week on our home insurance policy and between the claims department and our local State Farm agent no one has been helpful. I asked to speak to Lori Brazier today and frankly was expecting a call but Erin told me shes two weeks out to speak with us and they cant do anything to remotely help us at all. Erin was condescending and told me to have a great day after my kitchens been destroyed and theyre denying paying. This office does not have time for their clients and I highly recommend choosing a different office if youre searching for an agent that cares about you as a person. These guys just want your money. Def disappointing and we will be finding a new agent. Save yourself the heartache and dont bother with State Farm or this office.

Lisa Ardans our agent, and all of Laurie Brazier's staff have been the kindest insurance agent ever. We needed help, and she was so kind and honest in helping our needs and efficient in every way. State Farm made our transition from another insurance company to theirs so easy. I would recommend them for everything. They will have our business forever. Thank you Lisa and State Farm. 5 STARS
