The customer service is an absurd mess I can't even reach the departments that know anything about my appointments. They don't have the ability to do email corispondence. And when they gave me a Zoloft prescription and I ask what kind of drug it was the two doctors told me they didn't know what it was or how it worked 😑 it's an ssri medication and that is an antidepressant they prescribed for anxiety even though it makes the the system more anxious they are completely incompetent and I am uneducated but still smarter then these simpletons they should be shut down for malpractice!!!!!

The entire Healthcare team that worked with my Mom was outstanding and we have been extremely pleased.
Beginning with Julie who did the initial assessment and continuing with Kaye the case manager and Rachel. Then Ann from PT worked with my Mom the most. She had excellent suggestions that my Mom greatly benefited from and exercises that we feel have strengthened her tremendously. Heidi and Michael both helped Mom with OT exercises and suggestions for her daily routines. Again, excellent. Mom also had a wonderful HHA named Crystal who helped my Mom with some techniques for safety with personal care with showering. I also would like to recognize a call from Courtney who made sure my Mom's medications were taken appropriately and there were no inconsistencies.
As you can see, it is difficult to single out one of these fine employees for recognition. They ALL should be recognized for their team work and skills.
Their professionalism, competence, and dependability were beyond reproach. They each showed compassion and empathy, were each extremely helpful of which my Mom greatly benefited from their care and suggestions. She has experienced amazing results.
